1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RobloxDevForum ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RobloxDevForum is a community platform for Roblox developers to share knowledge, ask questions, and collaborate. We provide forums, discussion threads, and related features to facilitate communication among developers.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Content

4.1 Your Content

4.2 Content Guidelines

You agree NOT to post content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
  • Contains hate speech or discrimination

  • Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Is spam, advertising, or promotional material
  • Impersonates another person or entity
  • Violates Roblox's Terms of Service
  • Contains personal information of others without consent
  • Is sexually explicit or pornographic

4.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove, edit, or disable access to any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
  • Circumvent any security measures
  • Collect user information without consent
  • Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
  • Engage in vote manipulation or artificial engagement

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by RobloxDevForum and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

"Roblox" and related marks are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. RobloxDevForum is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

User Content represents the views of its authors, not RobloxDevForum. We are not responsible for User Content accuracy or reliability.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROBLOXDEVFORUM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RobloxDevForum from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RobloxDevForum operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

5. Actividades Prohibidas

Aceptas NO:

8. Terminación
